Hotel Berchielli Florence

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Florence. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions and shopping streets. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the view of the Ponte Vecchio from our window. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Although there were a few minor issues with the WiFi and the bed and pillows could have been softer, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is ideally situated, nestled between two bridges and within easy reach of all the major historic sites. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the river. The bathroom was pristine, with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide selection of fresh fruits and continental breakfast favorites. The reception staff were very attentive and helpful with local recommendations, making our stay in this city all the more enjoyable.

We found that there was a lack of dressing gowns and tissues in the bathroom, which would have been a nice added touch to our stay.

The restaurant was fantastic for dinner here, I had hot dishes.

The guest room was newly renovated and tidy with wonderful river view opulent furnishings. The staff were pleasant and exceptional, they offered a good service...

The hotel staff provided excellent customer service, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast served in the dining room was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond by personalized touches like writing my name on my cappuccino. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the historic city center of Florence. The location was amazing, just a short walk to some of the best food I've ever had. The hotel was reasonably priced and offered a unique room with an upstairs loft for the bed. It even had two bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. The semi-private balcony was a great addition, with a comfortable lounge chair and a sun umbrella for relaxation. The staff was lovely and the hotel was close to Ponte Vecchio and restaurants. it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it to friends.

We stayed in a central hotel for two nights, right by a beautiful bridge, which was really convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, with great views of the river. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of options. We also enjoyed the small bar in the lobby. a fantastic experience in the heart of the city.

The only minor drawback was that tea and coffee were not available in the room.

The highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions and just a few blocks from the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge. The hotel also provided a car service to and from the airport, although it was a bit pricey. we had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms at the hotel were quite small and cramped. It was difficult to move around and there was limited space for our luggage.
